Mixed up.

Annie won't believe me when I tell her the new Karate Kid is a boy. 
I don't think she's ever seen a boy with longish hair and braids before. 
That's what I get for living in Idaho.

I'm still trying to imagine what Annie thinks when the Karate Kid [as a girl, in her mind] kisses his love interest.
Who happens to [also] be a girl. 
That's another thing she hasn't seen before.
Again, that's what I get for living in Idaho.
Thankfully . . .

p.s. While I was reviewing this post, Annie came up behind me and said, "Hey, I wanna see the Karate Kid girl."  See, I told you!
